Dr. Fadeyibi received her doctorate in Pharmacy from Temple University in 2008, and her Master’s in Public Health from Drexel University’s School of Public Health in 2016. She enjoys using both of her backgrounds in her current role as the Director of Pharmacy Initiatives within the city of Philadelphia’s Behavioral Health System.Â
As a complement to her pharmacy and public health expertise, Dr. Fadeyibi has a passion for mentoring pharmacy & public health trainees and advocating for innovative roles for Pharmacists. In addition to leading an internship program for pharmacy students for over 2 years, she is also co-founder of an innovative PGY-1 Behavioral Health Pharmacy Residency program. This desire to inspire and motivate the next generation of pharmacist and public health professionals also led to her being named as one of the 2019 Honorees for Drexel University’s 40 under 40; and in 2020 being named as a Temple University Alumni Association Fellow.Â
Dr. Fadeyibi also recently authored her first book, Worthy! A 52-week Devotional Coloring book penned to infuse hope in women.
Dr. Maria Glukhovsky is a pharmacist, a clinical educator across many disease states and a clinical instructor of Pharmacy. She is a prescription monograph reviewer and editor at a top tele-health company,Plushcare.com and a contributing author for PACS (www.panicandanxiety.org). Maria loves medical writing and contributing to projects that make a difference through direct people impact. She has supported and counseled hundreds of patients on pharmacologic and non pharmacologic ways to treat and manage anxiety disorders. She is currently working on publishing a children’s book to promote self esteem and improved mental health in children. She prides herself on helping and supporting patients and their families in every way she can. She recently founded a podcast called Lifted From the Scripts to share her faith to encourage, inspire, motivate and educate other pharmacists through her struggles. The podcast is focused on mental health, faith, encouragement for lifestyle modifications to control chronic disease states and to reignite a passion of how we can pursue and serve others.
Ijeoma Ekeocha graduated in 2009 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania after which she practiced as a Clinical Pharmacist and subsequently completed post graduate training from 2014-2016 as the first and only Non-traditional Pharmacy Resident at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland.Â

In 2016, Dr. Ekeocha joined New York Presbyterian Hospital as Lead Pharmacist in Internal medicine/Cardiovascular services. During this time, in addition to her teaching and medical education responsibilities, she oversaw the development of a transitions-of-care experiential education rotation module for pharmacy post graduate year 2 residents in internal medicine.

Ijeoma recently transitioned to become the Clinical Pharmacy Manager of the Specialty Pharmacy team at New York Presbyterian. In this role, she has oversight of the Specialty Pharmacy program, overseeing quality and regulatory compliance and overall operational improvements within the pharmacy.Â
When she is not in the office, Ijeoma is the host of the podcast, Brown Skin Stories: Representing Women Pharmacists, where she connects with various Women Pharmacy leaders and encourages Pharmacy students to choose a professional setting that plays to their strengths. Ijeoma is passionate about mentoring the next generation of women pharmacists by helping them learn more about non-traditional ways to serve within the pharmacy profession.
Dr. Otito Iwuchukwu is a Pharmacist Scientist, A Mom, An Educator and An Organizational Consultant. She earned her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and completed her postdoctoral studies at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Â
Dr Iwuchukwu is a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacology and is currently a faculty member at Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in New Jersey, where she obtained her MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Dr. Iwuchukwu is a career coach who is passionate about mentoring underrepresented minority female students from a holistic perspective, with impact extending beyond the classroom.   Â
She is a Pharmacist with equivalency certification in the US who leverages her international experience as a management consultant in her mentoring capabilities.
