At Intentional Leader, we believe everyone is unique and we all have something to contribute. We also believe in continuous learning and quality improvement. In Lead by Design, we will help you harness the leader potential within through the use of a change and project management approach.

Our Process

We utilize a variation of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model in a proprietary framework that
members can apply to ensure that all intentioned change is in the direction they desire.

Involves needs analysis where you decide what type of leader you want to be. You will identify your preferred leader style using a values-based approach as we believe that this aligns the closest with our individual uniqueness.
You will commit to working through the two major pathways in the program; learning in the cognitive and affective domains and a defined social and emotional learning pathway. There will be a live skills-based component in the cognitive learning path. For
the affective domain, there will be lifestyle and career coaching to move you from awareness to internalization of values and beliefs needed for self-actualization.

Will involve live review workshops of the ‘Do’ components. Participants will receive guided feedback in a psychologically safe environment as they work on developing their individualized personal growth plan.

Participants will be required to act on the personal growth plan from the Check step.
Upon working through this stage, participants may want to go through another iteration of the PDCA, beginning from whatever stage they identify as the most relevant to their growth.
